The Love & Legacy Studios referral program is first and foremost my way to say thank you for your support and helping me provide for my family! In this post I’ll be going through what the referral program is all about, the details and some of the restrictions that would apply, and hopefully help you understand how you can use this program to your benefit!
In it’s most basic definition, when you send some one that would be a new client for Love & Legacy Studios, you will get a reward from me as a way to say thank you!
A referral must be a new client, someone that has not had a session with Love & Legacy Studios in the past. This can be for any type of session, from portraits to weddings. One of the most important questions about this is How is the referral earned? During all of my conversations with clients leading up to a session, I always ask if they were referred by anyone in particular. At that point you’ll be credited as the one that gave the referral. There can also only be one person credited for the referral. Meaning that 2 different people can’t get credit for the same referral. In this case, I’ll credit the person who has the least amount of referrals to me, to spread the love around a little bit.
The reward amount is different depending on what the new client is booking with me.
Portraits
When someone is referred for a portrait session, whatever that session may be you’ll either get a $20 gift card/venmo gift or a $50 credit to go toward your next session.
Weddings
When someone is referred for a wedding, photo or video, you’ll either get $100 gift card/venmo or $100 credit toward your next session.
These credits don’t expire, they can be stacked and used together up to the amount of the session. Credits are only able to be used towards a photo session only and not product. Credits cannot be redeemed for cash once they have been distributed. When someone lists you as the referral, I’ll reach out to you to see if you’d like the cash value or the credit value and will send your choice to you. Credit cannot be transferred to anyone else, it must be redeemed by person the credit is made out too.
If you have any specific questions about your referral credit that isn’t answered here on this page, please reach out and ask. I’m always happy to help!
