How does the Booth work?
It’s really simple, Your guest will walk up to the booth and touch the screen to start it up. They will be prompted to select which mode they want to use, Photo, Boomerang, or GIF. Next they select a filter for the photo followed by any digital masks, if included. Finally the booth will count down from 5 to take the photograph.
How will the guests get their images?
After the Booth takes the photo, your guest will be prompted to enter their email or phone number. If the booth is connected to wifi the guest will then receive their photo delivered digitally. If there is no wifi at the event, the images will be send out within 24 hours of the event once the booth is connected back to wifi.
What happens to the images after the event?
Your images are kept on a private live gallery where you will be able to download all of the images for your own uses or enjoyment.
What is a Virtual Gallery?
Do you have guests that can’t make it to the event? The virtual gallery will allow those guests to contribute and take pictures that will go into the live gallery!
What if the Venue space doesn’t have wifi?
No worries. Your images are stored inside of the booth until the booth is later connected to internet. Photos will be delivered within 24 hours of the event. Or if you’d prefer your guests to get there images immediately then you can purchase the optional hotspot for the booth.
What’s the difference in Drop off vs Attendant Coverage?
Drop off coverage means that we will come set up the booth and let the guests operate it without help of an attendant. Likewise, when you get the attendant coverage, you’ll get an attendant at your event for the duration of coverage for the event. They will be able to help assist guests when needed.
