During this meeting, we’ll overlay your photography coverage over each part of the itinerary, ensuring every meaningful moment is seamlessly captured. This step guarantees that no detail is overlooked, so you can be fully present and enjoy the celebration, knowing your story is being preserved.

As your wedding date approaches, I’ll finalize all travel arrangements to ensure a smooth experience. I typically arrive at the destination 2 days before the wedding to scout the venue, meet with the planning team, and assess lighting conditions. This preparation ensures I’m fully familiar with the location, ready to capture every detail, and completely aligned with the flow of your wedding weekend.
