HOW IT WORKS
Exclusive Access to Me
When it comes to weddings I personally only take on a maximum of 10 weddings a year. My clients, YOU, are too important to pile on 30+ weddings in a year. Because our process is so heavily rooted in giving you 110% of our attention, any more than that would be a disservice to you and all of my clients. I’m here to help you in any way that I can throughout this entire process.
Your Values, Wants, and Needs
Each of my couples are different and therefore have differing needs and wants for their wedding photo and video needs. I’m here to listen and understand what it is you are wanting, what you value, and what you need out of your photos and video. I do offer my advice from time to time if I think it will make your lives easier and less stressful.
Stress Free Wedding Day
As the wedding day approaches I’m right there for you every step of the way. We’ll plan out the final timeline together, go over family dynamics, a general shot list, as well as any other last minute details that need to be hammered out. All this will result in being prepared for the wedding day and not being stressed out.
The Reveal Celebration
This is a party for me to celebrate you guys as a newly married couple. We will have scheduled this meeting for right after the honeymoon so everything is still fresh on your minds! I’ll have some drinks and snacks ready along with the tissues. This will be your chance to purchase any printed heirloom products for your home! More on this later…

I was concerned with having enough time on my wedding day to get everything covered and captured that I wanted to capture, but Cody and his team went above and beyond my expectations to help us create a timeline for the wedding day, kept us on track all day, and was prepared and very knowledgeable about what all to capture on the wedding day.

The Nitty Gritty Details
These points are some of the highlights of the contract. I just want to make sure that you are we are both on the same page with these points before moving forward.

When you hire Love + Legacy Studios for your wedding, you are agreeing that we are the sole vendor for your wedding. (Don’t book two photographers/videographers for the wedding.)

As gas prices are on the rise I have to be more strict about my travel fees unfortunately. For any shoot further than 1 hour from Auburn Alabama, the standard travel fee of $0.57 per mile will be added. Any shoot that requires more than 3+ hours will have the standard fee plus a one night stay in a hotel. Multi day events and destination weddings are on a case by case basis.

The images you will receive will come with permission to use and share digitally on the internet. However you cannot sell or otherwise make profit off of these images as the copyright remains with the Love + Legacy Studios.

Each image that is delivered to you will be fully edited with our signature style and look. For any image that you purchase to print in an album, wall art, etc. will be retouched to enhance the print quality (skin smoothing, blemish removal, color correcting for the specific printer being used).

To reserve your date there is an initial reservation fee of $1500. This will secure your place on my calendar and all other business for that day will be turned away. The remaining payments will be broken up on monthly payments, unless otherwise mentioned, with the final payment due no less than 6 weeks before the wedding date.

You agree that I can use your image on my social media platforms, website, Blog, and any other media as Love & Legacy Studios sees fit. A non disclosure agreement is available for purchase if you would not like your images posted online.

Albums
A wedding album is more than a photo book. It’s an heirloom that will be passed down from generation to generation, spreading the story of how you met, fell in love, and got married. It’s by far the BEST way to preserve those stories from your wedding day. My wife and I were not given this option at our wedding. We didn’t even know this was a thing to do! But looking back I regret not being able to have this heirloom created for us, for our kids and their families. Let me help you preserve your legacy with one of our beautiful heirloom albums!
Our standard album is an 8×8 album with the first 10 pages included and starts at $900. Upgrades and add on’s are available.
Wall Art
The best piece of advice we got as new parents was to always show your kids that you love each other so that they feel safe and comforted. But let’s be real for minute. We aren’t always gong to be able to show the same kinda love we had for each other like the wedding day. So the best way to showcase that is with a wall art collection that very clearly shows the two of you in love.
I have hand-selected the best options that will fit a variety of home decor tastes. We offer the traditional framed print, canvas wraps, metal, and acrylic prints. Collections start at $1190 with individual pieces starting at $490.

Engagement Sessions
Each of our couples will get an engagement session complimentary with their wedding collection because it is super important for us to get to know you in front of our camera BEFORE the wedding day!
Add of an adventure session for jus $750 (Includes travel cost for southeast destinations)

Bridal Portraits
It’s ok to be like Monica and want to just be in a wedding dress all the time. That’s why this session exists. Pair this with your hair and makeup trial run so that you can get the whole vision of your bridal look before the big day! Sessions start at $500

Boudoir Session
You’ve been working really hard to make sure that you look your absolute best on the wedding day, so why not celebrate looking and feeling your best with an intimate boudoir session! Sessions start at $500 with a minimum purchase of $900 in prints.
A La Carté
-
$500 – Add an additional hour of coverage to the wedding day. This is for photography OR videography. Add two of these to extend both photo & video.

$750 – Included in the wedding photo collection. A 2-3 hour session to capture amazing memories and moments of your engagement. These sessions are held in and around the Auburn Alabama area. (Travel Fees apply outside of Auburn)

$1500 – Let’s take the day and go on an adventure, much like Bilbo Baggins. We will plan out the trip and stylize each outfit with the location to make the absolute best out of these moments. This session also covers all of the travel costs in the Southeast.

$500 – Add on this custom experience to be able to spend more time in the wedding dress. (Yes it’s ok to be like Monica from FRIENDS) This is a 1 hour session dedicated to you in the wedding dress, and we will typically do these at your wedding venue within a couple weeks before the wedding day. (Prints and product sold separately)

$500 – You’ve worked really hard to and sacrificed to look and feel your absolute best on the wedding day. Embrace that and treat yourself to a classy and tasteful boudoir session! Plus it’s a great grooms gift. 😉

$500 – Add on coverage of the night before to capture the toasts and special memories of the rehearsal and dinner.

Starting at $500 – Extend the final film to 7, 10, or 15 minutes. This allows your film to have more footage from the wedding day in it and more audio that was captured throughout the day.

Starting at $250 – Add on an additional film from specific parts of the wedding day, such as the toasts during the reception, a full and uncut ceremony edit, or even a love note film of your guests wishing you the best on your new venture.
