Heritage House

One of the huge benefits of this venue over other options is that they provide five bedrooms that can sleep up to 10 people for overnight accommodations. For weddings they require a two night lodging buyout, which means the wedding party or other important guests have a place to stay during the busy times before, during, and after the actual event. For example, for a Saturday wedding guests would be able to check in and start setup as early as 3pm on Friday afternoon and would not have to check out until 12pm on Sunday. Overnight guests also get a hearty, home cooked meal each morning of their stay. Because most couples stay onsite for both the night before and of their big day we feel it is a much less stressful, more relaxing experience. The logistics of moving from place to place can be eliminated and couples can simply enjoy their day. We believe strongly in smaller weddings. You often hear couples reflect on their wedding day and they realize it was a huge whirlwind and they can't even remember meeting the guests who came to celebrate with them. We think that is unfortunate and want to help rethink the way weddings are held. Small gatherings allow everyone to really enjoy each other's company and give the couple the space to have an extremely memorable big day.

The pricing for weddings at the Heritage House starts as low as $2,500 for a very small event and goes up from there. For the actual event they have a variety of soft seating, a baby grand piano, and 20 Chivari chairs paired with five 30x30 square tables which can be supplemented with rentals for larger events.

The max indoor capacity of Heritage House is 50 people seated and 75 for a cocktail-style event. They also have a large lawn which can host outdoor events up to 150 people. Ceremonies can be held either inside in the parlor or outside on the lawn. As a small facility we can be very flexible with our wedding clients and work with them to find the perfect backdrop for one of the most important days of their lives.
