This gorgeous venue is family-owned and operated by Todd and Keri Rivers, and their four children. The farm has been in their family for four generations. Their scenic farm offers both indoor and outdoor options for both large and intimate weddings and events. Ten French doors flood the venue interior in natural light and connect the inside with three flagstone porches overlooking beautiful views. This venue boasts both heating and cooling on the interior of their main venue site.
We wanted to utilize our family land for
something that would make couples happy and something they could cherish for a lifetime. After drawing our plans out on sheets of notebook paper, we finally came up with what we wanted, and Todd started building. It was a process that took over a year, but we opened with our first wedding in September of 2017. We're still hosting events today, and we love every minute of it.
The investment for this venue ranges between 3,900 and 6,000 with packages including things like rehearsal dinner access, wedding and reception, bridal and groom rooms, chairs, tables, benches or wooden pews, crosses, set up and break down, clean up crew, use of property for engagement photos or bridal portraits.
This venue can hold up to 500 guests for weddings and receptions. They can also accommodate an outdoor wedding with an indoor reception or both wedding and reception indoors which is a great rainy day back up plan. They also offer golf cart shuttle for outdoor weddings before and after the ceremony. See more info here.
