Each wedding that we cover is completely unique and we want YOU to shine through in the artwork we create for you. We'll have multiple touch points along the way to be sure that we are able to understand your vision and ensure your uniqueness is captured in your photos & video.

Being intentional in each photograph we take ensures that you are getting the best of the best moments captured and aren't compromising on those little in-between moments for your wedding day! We make sure to take the time to understand who's most important to you, what you value the most on the wedding day (besides the photos), and what you envision your wedding photos looking like on your walls.

Step 01: Booking call

When you've decided that you want more info from us about capturing your wedding day memories, fill out the contact form. From there we'll connect and find a time to connect to make sure that we are a good fit for each other. Just like you are looking for the right photographer for your wedding day, we are looking for the right couples that share our values and feel like lifelong friends reunited at last!

Step 02: Engagement Session

Once you've locked in your wedding date the first thing we'll do is start planning out the Engagement Session together. We'll set up a time to chat about what you want for your engagement session and start making plans for the best session ever! You'll get my exclusive engagement session guide that will help you with every decision about having the best and most successful engagement session!

Step 03: Planning & Resources

After an INCREDIBLE engagement session together starts the clock till wedding day! There's a lot of things going on between then and I want to make sure you are well equipped to make all the decisions that you you'll be making over the coming months. I'll be sending you tips on having the best possible wedding experience as well as my preferred vendors that will give you the best experience for your wedding!

Step 04: Creating the timeline

Around 3 months before the wedding day, I'll send you a questionnaire to gather some key details about the wedding day that will help me create a draft of your photo timeline. Then we'll connect on a video call to finalize the timeline, discuss any last minute updates or changes to the wedding day, and walk through your day from start to finish.

Step 05: The Wedding Day

Now that the wedding day has arrived it's time for me to capture all the memories and moments. After spending so much time together and talking about what all you value, I'll know what little moments to capture that just happen on the wedding day that aren't scripted. You'll feel confident in knowing that you've got the best team on your side to capture your amazing day!

Step 06: The Reveal

The fun doesn't stop after the wedding day, the best is yet to come! You don't just get an email one random day when you aren't expecting it. No, I create a specialized and custom experience specifically for you to see your images for the first time the way that they are meant to be seen. We will set up a meeting around six weeks after the wedding for you and your closest friends and family to experience the wedding day all over again!

How far out in advance should we hire a wedding photographer?

When it comes to photography, you'll want to make this a priority on your list if you want the best. As soon as you've started talking about getting married, you'll need to start looking for a photographer, and then reach out as soon as you got that new ring on your finger, we can work out details later.

Do you offer payment plans?

Yes, of course. Our default payment schedule is a 50/50 plan, 50% due to reserve your date, 50% due 30 days before the wedding. If you need a more customized payment plan, please let us know and we can have that set up for you.

What's the turn around time for my images?

The typical turn around time for wedding photos is around 6 weeks after the wedding. If you need a rush order the turn around time is 3 weeks.

Can I download and print my images?

Yes, full resolution images are included in all wedding collections. They will be delivered in a personalized online gallery where you can download them. The gallery is also our store front where you can purchase prints, wall art, and other items without worrying about the quality of the print.

Absolutely we do! Destination weddings are some of our favorite weddings that we are blessed to attend. The atmosphere is so much more intentional and intimate that it's unlike any other experience.
